  1. I didn't look at the entire video and I haven't read the two books they quote here but my son and his wife recently read "The China Study" and they changed their whole way of eating. They are now totally vegan. They have lost a lot of weight and look so healthy. Their two small boys are more healthy too. I try to keep mostly vegetarian and I love it. I do eat meat once in a while and I still have way too much junk food in my diet but I am getting better. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks. Any way great blog. I enjoy the content and will be passing it on to others. Keep it up girls you are doing a good job.
